For university students

In low levels, stress can help us concentrate better and utilize our cognitive resources optimally. But when stress goes beyond a certain threshold, it has the opposite effect. It interrupts with our concentration and memory, our sleep, emotions, energy levels and social life. Knowing how to regulate your stress levels is therefore an essential skill for academic success. Mindfulness teaches you this skill.
